Apologies if late - would love a post sometime in the future on how to get parents involved in health - convincing/persuasion, basic exercise protocols, etc.

100% I already have that partially done. I was gonna write about it a tiny bit on Twitter but then I figured this was a better spot to talk in depth bc I feel arming someone with a lot of info and discussion techniques would be helpful

I do a lot of stuff that require mindset adjustments and I couldn’t fit them into a Twitter thread very comfortably.

I’ll try to post that sooner rather than later in the next series of posts this cycle

My preferences:

1. Training for punching/kicking power

2. Unique tactics for developing coordination and physical skills

3. How to spar/scrimmage appropriately

4. Ankle strength & wrist/grip strength and it’s importance to all activities

5. Neck training and it’s secret benefits (besides neck strength and aesthetics)

6. How to use kicks better in a fight - useful on street OR gym

7. How to drill and practice a sport/martial art for maximum skill acquisition

Though, a twitter poll about this could yield you more subscribers.
