Updates: Flu & Upcoming Content List + Requests
Just some personal updates & questions for you all
Hey everyone,
Just wanna say I’m really thankful for everyone that reads this substack and I’ve gotten a lot of positive support the past year which means a lot.
I know it sounds cliche because everyone says that but it’s really true when you share something or make something on your own and other people seriously enjoy and value it it’s an amazing feeling.
In less than 1 year it has grown a lot more than even I expected.
I’m only writing this post because I’m currently fighting off the flu and the next post should possess some video content in it but due to sickness I haven’t been able to complete that yet. So next week should double up the Substack posts.
I hope you guys understand & appreciate the patience.
I wrote a post in the new “substack chat“ that you can use on the app detailing the list of topics in loose order that will be coming out over the next few weeks & near future – however I wanted to ask you guys what you all want to read about specifically and what it is I can do to make this more valuable to you.
I will try to prioritize requests and make sure that this blog and manual is fully back on schedule this upcoming week.
I’m hoping some of you will provide me some feedback under these questions:
What subjects/areas of the substack do you appreciate the most and wish I did more of?
What is there *not* enough of and you would like more content on?
What subjects are you in need of answers on currently that I could add to the upcoming curriculum? (which I will also try to prioritize and post soon if there is demand)
Any other comments, questions, and considerations are welcome as well.
I hope you all (Americans) had a great Thanksgiving next week and are enjoying/surviving the holidays and all that comes with it.
Please comment below any answers you have and it will be much appreciated – I want this substack to be upgraded 10 times more for its second year in action.
To the extent that it's material, I would like to see your opinions on exercise selections (e.g., if you are looking for a main hinge exercise, here is my preferential rank and why) - or why it's not really material. Thanks.
Hope you feel better man! I’m also sick right now too - worst I’ve had it in a long time. I’m too handsome and healthy for this shit lol.
Would love more stuff on springing! Getting faster, breathing, fartleks, 200s vs 400s vs 100s etc. but that’s just me - I’m biased as a former track guy
